spaghetti with baked onion & courgette

hello ladies! how was your day? i´m spending this weekend with some friends and i will be back on monday. so as i promissed i´m sharing a new recipe today, i hope you like!


olá! como foi o vosso dia? este fim-de-semana estarei fora e só voltarei segunda. tal como prometi, aqui têm uma nova receita, espero que gostem!


spaghetti with baked onion & courgette

(serves 2)

- 1 courgete/ courgette
- 1 cebola/ onion
- Alecrim q.b/ rosemary
- Tomilho/ thyme
- Azeite/ olive oil
- Sal q.b/ salt
- Pimenta q.b/ pepper
- 180g esparguete/ spaghetti
- 2 ovos/ eggs
- Oregãos q.b/ oreganos
- 1 c.sopa de manteiga/ tablespoon butter

Preheat the oven to 160⁰C. Slice courgette & onion. In a baking tray put onion and courgette and temper with rosemary, thyme, pepper, salt and olive oil. Cook spaghetti following package directions and after that temper with butter, salt and oreganos. Let the onion & courgette mixture for 40 min or until golden. Serve the spaghetti with baked vegetables and if you want scrambled eggs.

 
Pré-aqueça o forno a 160ºC. Corte em rodelas a cebola e a courgete. Num tabuleiro de ir ao forno coloque a courgete e a cebola e tempere com alecrim, tomilho, sal, pimenta e azeite. Cozinhe o esparguete de acordo com as instruções da embalagem e depois tempere com manteiga, sal e oregãos. Deixe os vegetais cozinharem por aproximadamente 40 min ou até dourarem. Sirva o esparguete com os vegetais assados e se quiser com ovos mexidos.
